Hua Hin Panorama Resort is a housing project developed by “124 Privacy Condominium”, in Hua Hin at Wang Phong, Pran Buri and offers these communal facilities: Swimming pool, Gym, Security and Car park.

This resort with 57 luxury villas was built from 2005 – 2009 and the villas sold to financially very potent buyers. Now in 2023, 18 years after starting the resort, the original buyers of that time think about succession of their property. From the 57 villas built, about 27 are at the moment openly on the market and another 15 want to sell quietly.

The beauty of this village is its location in Khao Tao, which is only 1.6 km to the sandy beach in Hua Hin. The other plus is that most of these luxury villas have sizeable plots of land (up to 1 rai = 1600 sqm) and most pools are built as infinite pools with great view over the valley.
